Kadai Paneer
Ingredients:
For paste
1 large onion
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp cumin powder¼ tsp garam masala
½ tbsp Coriander Powder
(Add some water if required)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
¼ turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 cup bell peppers (Green, red and yellow)
½ onion (Cubes)
200g paneer
60 ml of water
30 ml of cream
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp of Oil in a pan, add turmeric powder and chilli powder, Stir.
Add onions and tomato paste & mix well.
Add 60 ml water, cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins.
Add salt, add onion cubes, bell peppers and cream. Mix well.
Once done, add paneer and cook it on low heat for 2 mins. Serve hot.
